Base & Top 15ml

Base & Top a gel, bonding gel and sealant in one. Use as a primer/base on natural nails if gel polish colour is to be applied on top. It is the perfect primer and must be cured in UV 2 min, in LED 1 min. It is scratch resistant and thin viscous. And as a sealer, the gel hardens with a sweating layer/dispersion view.
