Top Coat Flash is a flash sealer without dispersion film. The discreet, flash glitter particles refine your modellage. The flash effect gives you a brilliant result after curing and retains the radiant shine even after weeks. It does not yellow and has a curing time of 2 min in UV and 1 min in LED.
